Elizabethtown Area School District

We work with the school counselors and school district to inform congregations of needs throughout the community. Support is brought through the Bear Bags food program, mentoring school district children, helping students with monetary needs for important needs like glasses, or educational needs such as tutoring, special class expenses, and even sports. Community Place on Washington & United Churches Elizabethtown Area

CPOW is a campus located in the heart of Elizabethtown. It houses non-profit agencies that work together to serve our community. CPOW is run by the non-profit organization, United Churches Elizabethtown Area. UCEA has other programs including The Community Cupboard of Elizabethtown, The Clothing Barn, and Elizabethtown Meals on Wheels. We partner with them with supplying information to churches for volunteer opportunities within the campus and its expansion. Click the photo to find out more.

Elizabethtown Area Communities That Care

We work with EACTC to communicate their programs to area churches which help parents have tough conversations about drugs, alcohol with their children. Programs include Takeback Drug Day held at Giant, multiple clubs within EASD, Free pill lockboxes, the Elizabethtown Block Party as well as mentor, buddy programs throughout the district. Elizabethtown Area Police

We partner with our area police forces to help provide support from the community as well as serve where needed with police officers and/or community members in crisis.

Naaman Center

We partner with Teen Challenge/Naaman Center to bring awareness to area churches of what is available for their congregants when it comes to outpatient drug and alcohol counseling services and crisis intervention. Click the photo to find out more.

Hope Within was co-founded in 2002 by Brian & Donita Sturgis with the dream of providing primary health care to the uninsured low-income residents of Lancaster, Dauphin, and Lebanon Counties.
