  • 10:30 am –12 pm: Service Work Projects around the Community 

  • 10:30 am to 11:30 pm: Organized group prayer 

  • Food Trucks for Lunch- Pavilion 1 & 2 available for use 

  • UCEA Community Cupboard- Steve Knox 

  • Stats: In April, we had 4 food farmacy clients and 34 military share clients. Served 357 Individuals, 127 families, 191 Volunteer Hours, and 7,767 pounds of food from stores.

  • Just received 1000 pounds in food from Mt. Calvary 

  • Post Office Food Drive is this weekend. 

  • Donations are needed; look for lists posted on their Facebook page. 

  • Hope Within 

  • Working on fundraising for the clinic 

  • May and June slow down because all medical staff are volunteers, and they make their own schedule. 

  • Naaman Center- Peter Graustein

  • Closing treatment offices in Londonderry Township and Elizabethtown Borough 

  • Will move out-patient to the Lancaster office, and in-patient campus in the Lebanon area. 

  • Threads & Treads- Galen Russell 

  • July 18, 11am to 2pm at Christ Church UCC. 

  • Provides school supplies, clothes and shoes for the students Elizabethtown Area School District.

  • Looking to hire Associate Pastor, facility manager, and office manager. 

  • Farmer’s Market 1st & 3rd Wednesdays from 4-7 in their parking lot.

  • EACTC- Gail Viscome 

  • 26th year of the Turn Around Breakfast is tomorrow at the Middle School. 

  • Magic show, ice cream sundaes, and past graduate speakers. 

  • Homework Helpers is finishing up this month. 

  • Critical Grants have not been opened yet for the application process. Pray for funding to come in. 

  • Preliminary Results of the PAYS survey 

  • Going up in every grade level for depression & anxiety 

  • Alcohol has gone down 

  • She will present the final findings in the fall. 

  • UCEA- Heather Elicker 

  •  Work project starting next week at Bridge House Apartments (53). Lancaster CTC students will be replacing the basement steps and adding a door to the basement entrance. 

  • Looking for maintenance volunteers, down to 0 volunteers. See flyer for more info. 

  • Prayers for wisdom on switching fire alarm companies. Can feel like they’re just trying to sell you an upgrade. 

  • Cornerstone Youth Center- Sammi Simmons

  • Empower- 6 week program where students can learn about healthy boundaries, finances on Thursdays during the day. For 11th and 12th graders, 9th and 10th graders can fill in extra seats (they only take 15) and then if there is more for  

  • Where Are We Wednesdays- Field Trips in June & July for 6th to 12th graders 

  • Service Day- July 2nd 

  • Banquet Funds Raised- $101,000+  

  • Safe Homes for Families- John Dizon 

  • York County- trying to raise more awareness within the county for referals 

  • Lancaster County- lost funding and has been helping with referrals but are nearing  

  • Dauphin County- referrals up 

  • LifeGate- Don Lamb 

  • Construction at the campus is ¾ of the way complete. 

  • Elizabethtown Mennonite 

  • Lunch on Thursdays June & July in the Etown park below their church (pavilion 5). 

  • Etown Ministerium 

  • Next meeting Pastors Prayer & Light Breakfast 5/21 at 9am at the Marriage Hub 

  • Pastor & Police Chief Prayer 5/13 at 6:45am at the borough station. The next Social Outreach & Planning Meeting is scheduled for June 4.  

  • CCUCC & Wittle Farms- Galen Russel 

  • 3rd year partnering for the farm. They are located out Mill Rd. Volunteers are welcome on the weekends, for composting 

  • Food goes to county food banks 

  • Closing Prayer- Paul Swanger gets knee surgery soon.
